Lubker Distribution Introduces ‘TouKAN’
January 27, 2026A Next-Generation Kanban System Built for Smarter Inventory
Lubker Distribution is proud to introduce ‘TouKAN’, a next-generation Kanban solution designed to eliminate stockouts, reduce inventory exposure, and keep production moving without interruption.
Powered by ‘BOLT-ON’ Data Optimization and Virtual Cage Analytics®, ‘TouKAN’ goes beyond traditional Kanban systems by combining visual bin management with real-time usage data, ‘Scan2Bin’ technology driving timely replenishment, and ongoing performance analysis.
Never Too Much. Never Too Little.
‘TouKAN’ ensures parts are supplied in the right quantity, to the right place, at the right time. Empty or missing bins automatically trigger replenishment. That means no paperwork, no bin movement, and no guesswork.
Lubker’s internal Automated Replenishment System (ARS) monitors usage daily, allowing rapid response to demand changes while maintaining optimal stock levels. Orders are captured through ‘Scan2Bin’ technology and fulfilled with accuracy, efficiency, and full lot traceability.
Proactive. Data-Driven. Reliable.
‘TouKAN’ proactively eliminates stockouts by managing production line bins in real time. With quarterly system reviews powered by Virtual Cage Analytics®, bin performance is continuously optimized to support uptime, efficiency, and total cost of ownership (TCO) savings.

Lubker Distribution Strengthens Quality Assurance with Keyence IM-X1000 Technology
January 15, 2026Introducing… The Keyence IM-X1000
Lubker Distribution has further enhanced its Quality Assurance capabilities with the addition of the Keyence IM-X1000 Series, a state-of-the-art automated measurement and inspection system designed to deliver speed, accuracy, and repeatability across a wide range of part inspections.
The IM-X1000 combines advanced optical measurement with a high-precision contact probe, allowing both non-contact and contact measurements to be performed on a single platform. This hybrid capability enables accurate verification of complex geometries, including heights, depths, and features that require tactile confirmation, all without repositioning parts or changing equipment.
Automated lighting is a key feature of the system, automatically adjusting illumination angles and intensity to clearly define edges and features. This eliminates variability caused by manual lighting setup and ensures consistent measurements regardless of operator or part orientation. With push-button operation and automatic part recognition, the system dramatically reduces setup time and operator dependency.
The Keyence IM-X1000 performs hundreds of measurements in seconds, delivering highly repeatable results while minimizing the risk of human error. Its intuitive software streamlines inspection routines, supports data collection and traceability, and enables faster reporting for Quality and Engineering teams.
By integrating the IM-X1000 into our inspection process, we are rapidly improving inspection efficiency, tightening tolerances, and reinforcing confidence in every part shipped. This investment underscores our ongoing commitment to leveraging advanced technology to uphold world-class quality standards and deliver precision without compromise.
