Bin replenishment is triggered by an empty or missing bin. Leave the bin on the shelf when empty, no need to move it. Our trained delivery technicians make it a priority to review every bin during their onsite routine maintenance and replenishment visit.
The Lubker internal Automated Replenishment System ‘ARS’ ensures back-up supporting inventory is on the ready, available to react in an instant to usage spikes or project based unanticipated consumption. ARS analyzes usage daily, providing the most current usage data, driving internal replenishment to optimum levels.
Using the proprietary ‘BOLT-ON’ suite of Data Optimization products, Lubker technicians scan empty bins to initiate replenishment. Scanned orders are instantly populated as Quotes or Live Orders based on your audit point preference, driving immediate data analysis and thorough inventory review. Orders are then fulfilled through a paperless picking system that ensures efficiency and full lot traceability.
Scanned order requirements are professionally prepared by Lubker Operations. The preparation is supported by departments and infrastructure built for a sole purpose, customer satisfaction! Delivery Technicians perform internal reviews of packaged items, confirm delivery routes, and equipment. Once satisfied, they are on their way to the delivery of qualified product.
Performance is analyzed quarterly using proprietary ‘Virtual Cage Analytics’. Simulated customer bin configurations provide consumption data at the bin level (# times used, qty consumed). Data is used to support on-going maintenance of the system, with early detection should usage per bin be over or under performing expectations.
