Lubker Distribution is a second-generation Specialist Distribution company born to service the requirements of leading industrial Original Equipment Manufacturing companies.
Lufasco Inc. started the tradition of quality and supply excellence on which customers have come to trust and rely. Started in 1967 By Fred Lubker, Lufasco (Lubker Fastener Company) began as a local wholesale fastener supplier in Philadelphia PA. Growth came quickly as passion and perseverance accepted nothing less than the best for customers, suppliers, and employees alike.
Moving to Lionville, PA, in the early ’80s, Lufasco Inc. quickly grew to become a leading Northeast USA distribution company. Physical plant expansion was as equally rapid, with the additions of facilities in Hagerstown, MD, and Rock Hill, SC. At this same time, Rick Lubker joined the company full time with responsibilities including Inside Sales, Quality Assurance, and Vendor Managed Inventory.
Lufasco Inc., with Rick Lubker as President, was sold in 1998 to a larger nationwide distribution company. Rick worked for the acquiring company throughout his agreed four-year term, but truly missed and yearned to once again engage his passion of ownership in an industry that remains “in the blood.”
The 21st century again brought Rick back into an ownership role, this time as Lubker Distribution. The passion remains the same, gained knowledge and technology have been well honed, and above all, the commitment to provide only the best to customers, suppliers, and employees has remained unchanged.
